Pastor Emeritus Ron

Pastor Emeritus Ron Matlock has been the senior pastor of Community Church since 1990. He became a Christian in 1963. He graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri in 1969 with a Bachelor of Theology degree. Then he attended San Francisco Baptist Theological Seminary from 1970-71. Ron married his wife Linda in 1973. They have two children and six grandchildren. The Lord led him to Community Church in 1990 and he has been serving here for 20 years. He recently retired in Sept 2010.
